By using the VIGYAPN classified application ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Application.
2. User Account and Verification:
To use the Application, you must create a user account. All users are required to undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to ensure the authenticity of their identity.
Users will be asked to provide their real name and a valid phone number, and will need to submit a selfie for identity verification.
The VIGYAPN User Verification team will review and approve user accounts, and upon approval, users will receive a "Verified User" tag on their profile.
3. Privacy and Security:
We take user privacy and security seriously. Users' contact numbers are highly secure, and they can only be exchanged in chat if both parties agree and feel comfortable.

4. Listing and Selling:
Users can list various products and services, including but not limited to property, electronics, motorcycles, cars, fashion products, books, and job postings.
All product listings should be accurate, and users should provide clear descriptions, photos, and 30-second videos to help potential buyers make informed decisions.
5. Communication and Chat:
Users can connect and chat with each other within the Application. Communication should be respectful and relevant to the intended purpose of buying or selling.
6. Prohibited Activities:
Users are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities on the Application, including but not limited to scams, spam, harassment, or impersonation.

VIGYAPN reserves the right to moderate and remove content that violates these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to publish the content they post. VIGYAPN does not claim ownership of any user-generated content.

11. Cancellation and Refund policy:
We don't have any cancellation and refund policy once the payment is done for buying the package it's final, You can't able to cancel & no refund will be provided.

VIGYAPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary.
13. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Application will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
14. Ownership Rights:
WING NEXUS PRIVATE LIMITED is the sole owner of the VIGYAPN classified application, including all intellectual property and brand ownership rights associated with it. All features, functionalities, trademarks, logos, and content within the VIGYAPN platform are the exclusive property of WING NEXUS PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content or assets of the VIGYAPN application is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
